Delete your HelperSkelter account

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from the app on your phone or from a web browser.

1. Open the HelperSkelter app, or go to app.helperskelter.cloud and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. At the bottom, tap Delete my account, then Delete my account again to confirm.

What is deleted

Straight away, and permanently: your profile, your email addresses, your password and sign-ins, the phones that get your notifications, any assistants you connected, and messages that were only for you.

If you are the only person left in your family, the whole family is deleted with you: its calendar, to-do list, children, chat, blueprints, organisations and settings.

What is kept

If other people are still in your family, what you added to the family's calendar and to-do list stays for them, and the messages you wrote in the family chat stay without your name on them.

Invitations already sent to people's own calendars stay in those calendars. HelperSkelter never has access to anyone's own calendar, so it cannot remove them.
